Agave Tracker（「本應用程式」）是一款龍舌蘭品種管理工具，提供本機記錄、iCloud 備份及社群圖鑑功能。本政策說明我們如何收集、使用及保護你的資料。

本應用程式使用 Sign in with Apple 作為唯一登入方式。登入時，Apple 會提供你的電郵地址（或 Apple 生成的匿名電郵）用於帳號識別。我們不會儲存你的 Apple ID 密碼或任何敏感驗證資訊。
你可以在登入時選擇向我們隱藏真實電郵地址，Apple 會提供一個匿名轉發電郵，功能不受影響。
登入帳號後，你可以選擇開啟 iCloud 備份功能，將品種記錄、照片及護理記錄備份至 Apple iCloud。此功能：
• 需要你主動開啟，預設為關閉狀態
• 資料透過 Apple iCloud 加密傳輸及儲存，受 Apple 的私隱政策保護
• 可隨時在應用程式設定中關閉或刪除雲端備份
你可以選擇將品種照片分享至公開圖鑑，供其他用戶瀏覽及留言。分享的內容（照片、品種名稱、說明）將儲存在我們的伺服器，並公開顯示你的顯示名稱。
你可以隨時從圖鑑中移除已分享的內容。
本應用程式需要存取你的相機及相片庫，以便你為龍舌蘭品種拍攝或選取照片。這些照片僅用於應用程式內顯示及你選擇的備份功能，不會在未經你同意的情況下上傳至任何伺服器。
你可以隨時在應用程式的「帳號設定」頁面刪除你的帳號。刪除帳號將永久移除我們伺服器上的所有相關資料，包括帳號資訊、雲端備份及圖鑑分享內容。
本應用程式使用以下第三方服務：

本應用程式不使用任何第三方廣告網絡或分析追蹤工具。
本應用程式適合所有年齡層使用。我們不會主動向 13 歲以下兒童收集個人資料。如發現有兒童在未經家長同意的情況下提供個人資料，請聯絡我們，我們將立即刪除相關資料。

Agave Tracker ("the App") is an agave variety management tool offering local record-keeping, iCloud backup, and a community catalogue. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

The App uses Sign in with Apple as its sole authentication method. Upon sign-in, Apple provides your email address (or an Apple-generated anonymous email) for account identification. We do not store your Apple ID password or any sensitive authentication credentials.
You may choose to hide your real email address during sign-in. Apple will provide an anonymous relay email, and all app features will remain fully functional.
After signing in, you may optionally enable iCloud backup to back up your variety records, photos, and care records to Apple iCloud. This feature:
• Must be explicitly enabled by you; it is off by default
• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest via Apple iCloud, governed by Apple's Privacy Policy
• Can be disabled or deleted at any time from the app settings
You may choose to share variety photos to the public catalogue for other users to browse and comment on. Shared content (photos, variety names, descriptions) will be stored on our servers and displayed alongside your display name.
You may remove shared content from the catalogue at any time.
The App requires access to your camera and photo library so you can take or select photos for your agave varieties. These photos are used only within the app and for your chosen backup features, and will not be uploaded to any server without your consent.
You may delete your account at any time via the "Account Settings" page within the app. Deleting your account will permanently remove all associated data from our servers, including account information, cloud backups, and catalogue submissions.

The App does not use any third-party advertising networks or analytics tracking tools.
The App is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal data without parental consent, we will promptly delete that information. Please contact us if you believe this has occurred.
